  • If you uninstall the app, format your device, or lose your device without creating a backup, your data may be permanently lost

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data

We do not guarantee data recovery under any circumstances.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • The app will be error-free or uninterrupted

  • Data will always be secure or loss-free

  • The app will meet all your requirements

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss

  • Financial loss or miscalculations

  • Device damage

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of the app is entirely at your own risk.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not collect or store personal or financial data on our servers unless explicitly stated.

9. Termination
